As a Solution Architect, you’ll work closely with our client stakeholders and end users to translate business goals into elegantly designed solutions using the Salesforce.com platform.

We are searching for a fully-remote experienced Salesforce Senior Developer. Reporting into a technical Co-Founder, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet our clients’ needs. You will work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and create scalable solutions that drive business growth.

Working alongside a Solution Lead (responsible for the technical solution design and build), the Delivery Lead owns understanding the client’s business objectives and processes, today and future state, defining functional requirements, and managing the engagement.
As a Consultant, you’ll work with our Solution Architects and Product Managers to design and develop systems that delight our customers. Consultants can range in experience from fresh into the workforce to Senior Consultants, but team members that are successful in this role are those who maintain a growth mindset.
