At Stitch, we’re rooted in the principle that business opportunities are realized through people, not technical specifications. Our team of consultants deliver user-centered technology solutions for innovative clients. We come to work everyday to improve our clients’ trajectory by building cool stuff, and having fun doing it.
We’re also committed to the idea that diversity is a strength, and that an organization with a plurality of perspectives across age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, and ethnicity is more likely to be a successful team as the world continues to evolve. We want Stitch to be a place where anyone can bring their true and best selves to work every day. As a company, while we intend to continue to diversify our team and strengthen a culture that promotes and values inclusion, we also recognize that we aren’t there yet.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll work closely with our client stakeholders and end users to translate business goals into elegantly designed solutions using the Salesforce.com platform.
A Solution Architect provides the client and project team with the platform expertise necessary to guide requirements collection and prioritization in the pursuit of an efficient and well-built solution. Once functional requirements have been collected, the Solution Architect is responsible for the translation of client requirements into a clean design and well-built system.
As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with our client project leadership and your Stitch teammates to facilitate achievement of a project’s desired outcomes and an optimal experience for all involved.
In order for our projects to be successful our client stakeholders must feel as though they have had agency to shape the direction of the project toward their vision, given project constraints and conditions. In order to foster this connection, the mission of the Product Manager is to act as the connective tissue between our team and our clients in support of better communication and project outcomes.
As a Consultant, you’ll work with our Solution Architects and Product Managers to design and develop systems that delight our customers. Consultants can range in experience from fresh into the workforce to Senior Consultants, but team members that are successful in this role are those who maintain a growth mindset.
Consultants at Stitch are the straws that stir the proverbial drink for our delivery teams. Working closely with our Product Managers and Solution Architects, you’ll be asked to assist (or lead) the team in all aspects of delivery from process management, product development, and change management.
Drop us a line! We’ll be in touch before you can say, “Dang they’re good”
