We’re looking to add a team member who can:
- Own the ultimate solution, its alignment to the Statement of Work and accomplishment of key business objectives.
- Communicate with clients clearly and articulately, including having tough conversations to manage their expectations.
- Lead functional and technical discovery sessions in order to identify and refine solution requirements.
- Align and translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
- Design system functionality with an eye to Salesforce best practices.
- Identify and recommend third party applications where platform capabilities do not exist or do not meet requirements.
- Define, delegate, and execute solution build tasks, and ensure quality of completed work.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates to lead projects to successful completion.
- Create and own the necessary project and solution documentation (requirement and design documents, process flows, ERDs, etc).
- Help define the standards and expectations for the Stitch Solution Architect team.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while staying organized!
We’d love to talk if you are:
- Experienced in designing and implementing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Passionate about the potential of technology to impact a team’s work, and empathetic to the people a problem affects.
- Curious about businesses and how they create, transform, and share information.
- Willing to challenge established design patterns in search of the optimal solution.
- Fascinated by complex problems, but inspired by simple solutions.
- Unimpressed with tradition for tradition’s sake.
- Comfortable working with typical business applications (G Suite, Jira, Slack, etc.).
- Excited by the opportunity to grow with Stitch, to shape our culture, and help do good work.
- A nice person.
