About Stitch

Small Team. High Standards.

Great work comes from people who like what they do and like who they do it with. We built Stitch around that idea. Our team stays because the work is interesting, the people are good, and everyone is excellent to each other.

By the Numbers

500+ Projects, One Obsession.

500+
Projects Delivered
4.9/5
Client Satisfaction

We're deliberately small, so every consultant on your project can bring deep platform expertise. That's how we've maintained a 4.9/5 client satisfaction score across 500+ projects. By being the most focused, not the biggest.

What We Believe

Five Beliefs. Zero Posters.

Most consulting firms print their values on a wall and never think about them again. These drive how we hire, how we deliver, and where we're headed.

1. Honesty, Even When It's Expensive

We've helped clients hire teams to replace us. We've walked away from engagements that weren't right. An honest understanding of "what is", good and bad, is vital for a successful outcome.

In practice, it's why most of our work comes from referrals. Relationships compound. Transactions don't.

2. Curiosity Over Credentials

We'd rather hire someone who asks great questions than someone who has all the answers. Certifications matter, but the person who gets curious about why a process works the way it does will always outbuild the person who just knows which button to click.

Our team has years of experience on the platforms they build. What makes them good is that none of them have stopped being interested.

3. Quality Is Just Care You Can See

There's an internal version and an external version of the same thing: when you care about the work, it shows up as quality. When you care about the people, it shows up as trust. We don't separate the two.

Every font is the same size. Every deliverable is pixel-perfect. Every project gets the same team from kickoff to go-live. That's the baseline.

4. Don't Be an Asshole

It's in our handbook. Literally. "Don't be an asshole. It's terrible for everybody, even if you are really talented."

We've fired clients over this. We've passed on hires over this. There are plenty of talented, curious, smart people in the world. We don't need the ones who make everything harder for everyone else.

5. Go Where the Problem Goes

We started as a Salesforce consultancy. But our clients' problems don't stop at the edge of one platform.

When the problem calls for a data layer, we build it. When it calls for a custom application or an integration that Salesforce can't handle, we build that too. We're expanding because the work demands it, not because it's a growth strategy.

The goal is to be the team that can solve the whole problem, not just the part that fits inside one vendor's ecosystem.
